We have lived in Ecuador 8 years and now have our Permanent Residential Visas and National I.D. Cards.

We are not citizens, only residents, but we are now able to enjoy some of the benefits afforded to Ecuadorian citizens.

The people of the city of Quito, in which we live, say that we are now considered to be "Quiteños"!
