Darrell's education, training and experience allows him the privilege to serve:
as the Crisis Manager at the Reach Beyond facility in Quito, forming and training Crisis Management Teams from the staff and missionaries for Ecuador's natural-disasters and man-made emergencies (earthquakes, mudslides, volcanic eruptions, civil unrest, kidnappings, etc.),
as an instructor in Crisis Management, Employee Safety, First Aid, Fire Protection, and other topics at schools, churches, and other partner mission organizations in Ecuador,
as a lead maintenance worker at the Reach Beyond facility.
In addition, he seeks to build professional/personal relationships with Ecuador's firefighters, police, military, and the U.S. Embassy, and volunteers for special projects with partner mission organizations.
Sondra's education, training and experience allows her the privilege to serve with:
Extreme Response, as a volunteer serving street recycling/dump-worker families and as a translator for visiting ER groups.
Reach Beyond, as a English tutor for Ecuadorian employees, and for a RB program which mentors Latin American missionaries-in-training.
Pan de Vida, as a volunteer serving the Venezuelan refugee families as they attempt to start new lives in Ecuador, or travel through Ecuador to their ultimate destinations.
In addition she serves as an encourager/supporter to single mothers in the community, and manages our personal and ministry responsibilities at home from her office.
