Darrell's education, training and experience allows him the privilege
as Crisis Manager Coordinator at the Reach Beyond facility in Quito, forming and training Crisis Management Teams from the staff and missionaries for Ecuador's natural-disasters and man-made emergencies (earthquakes, floods, mudslides, volcanic eruptions, civil unrest, kidnappings, etc.)
as an instructor of Crisis Management, Employee Safety, First Aid, Fire Protection, and other topics at schools, churches, and other fellow mission organizations in Ecuador
as a maintenance worker and trainer at the Reach Beyond facility in Quito
In addition, he seeks to build professional/personal relationships with Ecuador's firefighters, police, military, and the U.S. Embassy, and volunteers for special projects with fellow mission organizations.
Sondra's education, training and experience allows her the privilege to volunteer with:
Extreme Response, working with street recycling/dump-worker families, and as a translator for visiting ER groups.
Reach Beyond, as a volunteer English tutor for Ecuadorian employees.
Pan de Vida, as a volunteer serving the Venezuelan refugee families as they attempt to start new lives in Ecuador, or travel through Ecuador to their ultimate destinations.
In addition, she ministers to Ecuadorian single mothers and their children, and to Venezuelan refugees in our neighborhood, and manages our personal and ministry responsibilities at home from her office.
